Who may use ShoPretend

You may use ShoPretend only if you can form a binding agreement where you live and can comply with these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Simulation only

ShoPretend does not sell products or services. Listings, prices, carts, bids, offers, checkout, orders, shipping choices, and tracking updates are simulations. They create no contract to buy, sell, pay for, reserve, ship, or deliver anything.

Credits have no monetary value

Pretend credits are not money, currency, stored value, property, or a financial instrument. They cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

No payments or deliveries

No real money is charged and no payment information is collected. Nothing is shipped or delivered, even if the interface displays a checkout, shipping method, order status, or tracking timeline.

Your account and conduct

Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, scrape or automate it in a harmful way, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.

Content and intellectual property

ShoPretend and its design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, and marks may belong to their respective owners and are used only to create the simulated experience; their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

Availability, changes, and termination

Features, listings, balances, and simulated activity may change, reset, or disappear. We may modify, suspend, or end the service or your access when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes by updating this page.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
